Biography: Rupert is CEO of Publish What You Fund, the global campaign for aid transparency. He is responsible for the organisation’s strategy and leads its involvement with the Open Ag Funding project. He previously worked for the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative as country head for Liberia. Before that he helped set up the Agricultural Transformation Agency in Ethiopia and advised agricultural projects in Liberia and Ghana.

Rupert started his career as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. He holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School.
